You can pay on-line using a credit card (for security, see below), or print the order form and mail or fax it to Heartwood with a check, money order or purchase order. Focus on Ethics may be purchased by the school, by the teachers who use it or by both. Often the school purchases the re-usable School Kit to keep for future seminars and each teacher pays $75 for his/her own materials, website access and certificate. (Please collect these payments and use a single check or credit card when purchasing the kit.) Small grants or sponsorships are often available from PTA or PTSO groups. How long will it take to receive our kits? You will receive your Focus on Ethics materials within a month of Heartwood receiving your payment. Your website account will be activated within two weeks of receiving payment, and email will be sent to inform you. What forms of payment are accepted? Mastercard or Visa, purchase order, check, or money order. Credit cards may be used on-line. For other payment forms, complete the first 3 steps of the ordering process (Order Now!), print the resulting order form and mail to Heartwood with payment. Heartwood will be happy to provide refunds for Focus on Ethics materials if the seals on the green kit box are intact. Shipping and handling costs will be deducted. (This limited refund policy is necessary because the materials can be copied.) For payment by Mastercard or Visa, refunds will be made to the credit card. We are not able to provide refunds for individual teacher materials. Do we have to pay sales tax? No sales tax will be charged if you include a tax-exempt number with your order.
